We assist a range of customers from walk-in retail customers to sole traders and national companies, and we pride ourselves on our excellence in sales support and customer service. We have offices in Hornsby (Sydney) and Nundah (Brisbane) and a presence in New Zealand and Melbourne.

Just wanted to let you know that yesterday I changed out the dead Avion DFT-100 with your DFT-880. I was greeted with a flashing green LED so all looked good. This morning, when it was fairly cold (around 8C ambient), the 880 board forced the aircon into reverse and simultaneously turned off the fan deck in the ceiling. Not sure how long it remained in de-icing mode (perhaps 5 mins?) but it worked perfectly. All ice gone and instead of a typical 24C duct temperature when the compressor was iced up, it was now 34C! So, mission accomplished… So, many thanks once more for supplying me the 880 and for the very good price as well. It was a real pleasure dealing with you guys!
